Terms of Service

The Seven Rings (“the Service,” “we,” or “us”) is an AI-powered self-reflection tool operated by [BUSINESS_NAME]. It generates a personalized reading and habit-based exercises based on information you provide. It is a reflection tool intended for personal exploration only.

The Service is NOT a substitute for professional advice. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, or other professional services. Any insights are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Service is intended for users in the United States. Users outside the United States access the Service at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

You may use the Service as a guest (saved only to your local device) or sign in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@7rings.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Founding Member subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the price disclosed at the time of subscription. You may cancel anytime through your membership settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

We may change pricing at any time, but increases will not affect existing Founding Members during their current subscription period. Founding Members are entitled to the lifetime founding price as described on the membership page.

Refunds are issued at our discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact legal@7rings.com within 14 days of the charge.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation
• Submit content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes another person's rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying systems
• Use the Service to develop a competing product or to train another AI model
• Impersonate any other person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service in a way that could harm yourself or others

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

The Seven Rings provides AI-generated reflective content only. It is not, and is not intended to be, a substitute for:

• Medical, psychiatric, or psychological care or diagnosis
• Therapy or counseling
• Legal advice
• Financial or investment advice
• Career, business, or relationship counseling from a qualified professional

Always seek the advice of qualified, licensed professionals for any concerns related to your physical or mental health, your finances, your legal rights, or any other important life decisions. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Service.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. We retain ownership of the Service, its underlying systems, and the AI prompts and structures that produce the content.

We make no promises, guarantees, or warranties about any specific outcome from using the Service. Individual results vary. Any references to growth, change, transformation, or improvement are not guarantees and are inherently dependent on your own actions, circumstances, and choices.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions taken in connection with using the Service.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [BUSINESS_NAME], its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Notwithstanding this section, either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, the federal and state courts located in [COUNTY_OF_BUSINESS], California have exclusive jurisdiction over any non-arbitrable disputes.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
